Re: The resolution by which a multi-core rendering isn't car

This is on purpose. The issue is complex, but simply put it has to do with drawing of shapes and layers. With multiple threads their order of drawing could get mixed up depending on when they individually finished up. May I recommend using the Batch Exporter? Also you may notice that the Render, if i...

Víctor Paredes wrote:Uhm, if I understand well, you simply can't apply "point" options because your are not on a vector layer, but an image layer.
Nice catch Victor, I overlooked that. My posted options would have only worked with vector.

Re: ASP 9.2 image problem

Try turning off GPU Acceleration in the Display Quality or in the Prefs. Sometimes this happens with the way images are cached for display. On windows it could also be the driver for your video card is out of date. You can check with the manufacturer to see if you have the latest via control panels....

Re: ASP 9.5 Bone points option grayed out

It could be that you are not on Frame 0 ?
Or is the bone already bound to a layer? If so, or you are unsure, just release layer and Points and try that.

Re: .PSD images show as white blocks in AS 9.2

Turn off GPU acceleration in the display quality. This should help, but occasionally windows ships and update with old video card drivers and this can also make this happen, so you may need to verify you have a current driver with the manufacturer. I can tell you that we do try to stay up best we can...

Re: ASP 11 Style Questions

You can save styles to the library now.
You can also load them in from other files.

If you want to edit the .Anime file by hand, you will need a .json editor or text editor that handles .json files.

Re: ASP11 Zooming Issues

There are going to be a number of factors here that we need to answer to figure out what is going on. As Tech Support might have mentioned we have not run into this internally, so finding out some more information might be helpful. 1. What is the brand and model of the mouse you are using? - We have...

Choosing the same content folder location that you were using for a previous version is possible and it will show the all the user content within it. • You may need to close and reopen the library ( or on the far right side of a selected folder within the Library there is a recycle symbol. This will...

Re: Audio crackling on export What kind of audio file do I n

You are using logic Pro X I assume you are on a Mac. Aiff would be best because it is uncompressed. I think it more likely depends on the preset or format you are exporting too. I haven't experienced any crackling in audio export, it may be some sort of clipping going on or it could be a compression...

Re: Are you using Anime Studio to make games?

I hope to eventually use ASP to export characters for game content. At this time, I'm trying to get my head wrapped around how all this works. I was watching a tutorial last night which said that "export FBX" may not work with vector graphics. If I Import Poser characters to ASP and use t...
