Re: Character facing left turns 180 and walks away

https://www.gettyimages.co.uk/detail/news-photo/walking-turning-around-action-of-aversion-between-1884-and-news-photo/151890099 Muybridge is, IMO, a go-to resource for this sort of stuff -- It's sometimes a challenge to find exactly what you need, but persevere. ***Many of Muybridge's images could b...

Re: Character Interaction with other Objects

Thankyou for the suggestions. I agree with the Reindeer's pace being a little slower. I found a few pictures of a "Deer run cycle' on the internet and used that as reference for the animation. I might try taking out every second stage of the cycle and see if that looks alright. I think what yo...

Re: Project organisation

Ok I'm sold. I'll do it the proper way while there's still time. ... just as a BTW, I number my shots in 10s -- If I expect more than 100 I'll use 4 digits -- but usually 3 is enough -- so the first one will be 010_<name> ... then, when I realise I need something between 1 and 2 I can use (e.g.) 01...

Re: Project organisation

I'm already doing all steps in your suggested workflow (and I do edit on Resolve), It's just for #4 where I'm trying to keep every shot in the same file, to be exported separately as layer comps. There is much more to come as assets in my "refs" group so I hope Moho will be able to handle...

Re: Anybody has experience with Wacom Intuos Pro?

Long time Wacom user here... I have the Intuos Pro medium sized (about A4 physically with about A5 active area) in just about daily use on my "media" system (Moho, Krita, PS, Premiere, ...) along with a couple of other lesser beasts attached to other systems. Only complaint I had was when ...

Re: Shuffle particles?

... As for SetRandomSeed() you linked to, while I know how to install and use scripts, I have never made my own. I don't think it's a simple as copying and pasting that chunk of code into a .lua file is it? omg -- another script I'd forgotten about until this memory nudge.. try this (from 2018!) --...

Re: Is there an undo and redo button in moho?

or ctrl-z / ctrl-shift-Z to undo/ redo (those are defaults - can be changed in Edit / keyboard shortcuts if you're more used to ctrl-y to redo; but you'll need to change "select tracing image" too which is ctrl-y by default)

Re: Character Interaction with other Objects

as you say, it doesn't look too bad. To offer some ideas on how to tidy it up (e.g. animate the rein loop from the noseband to the throat lash - or whatever the correct terminology is) - that would depend on how you've layered the various elements in CSP; and potentially, if you're on 14.1, you migh...

Re: RemoveChild

you can't. But you can enable / disable: e.g. MyButton:Enable(false) to disable.
See: https://mohoscripting.com/classes/LM_Button for the button and https://mohoscripting.com/methods/304 for the Enable method

Re: Little blue moho robot

In the bone group "Render", select Bone B20_2. That has translation key frames at 8 and 11. This is a target bone for Bone B19_2. Moving B20_2 causes bone B19_2 to move; which means the bone chain B19_2 - B18_2 will move using Inverse Kinematics (IK) (Bone B18_2 is hidden -- use the Bone /...

Re: Character Rigging suggestions

one of the things the spine with fewer longer bones gives you is that it makes it easier to change the length of the spine. Just by way of benchmark (rather than to suggest that my original "war dance" as you called it [made me smile] is the standard at which we should aim) I tried to repr...
