Have an arrow bound to an arm while in different layers?

I am trying to make a simple "archer" animation. He would pull an arrow out of the quiver, place it on the bow, and shoot it, I was just wondering, when you animate the arm, if there was any way to bind the arrow to the hand while he pulls it out, so you don't have to make sure it lines up...

How to rotate object without changing length?

Hi, I was wondering how you animate, let's say an arrow, to rotate. Every time I do this, as it is rotating, it gets much shorter and changes size before returning to it's original size. Why does it do this, and is there anyway to prevent it?

Blood effect?

I was wondering if anyone knows a good way to animate a blood splatter effect, or anything with a sort of fluid effect. Please help!

Wait, if I have several connected points on one layer, that I have used the create shape tool to turn a certain color and width, how would I make certain segments fade out while the others are still there ?

I got it working, but wanted to know how, if the line width is, for example, 8, how could I make the circle automatically size right?

Another thing... If the line width is 8, how can you set the circle so it sizes right?

thank you so much! It finally works. One more question though...When I create the line, the circle comes up as not smooth. Is it always like this? If I put it on facebook or youtube will it still look like that? Thanks
