Re: My future with Moho

What the actual F@#$k......... I haven't been on the forum for months. Not because I don't love the program or the community but I've finally decided at 42 years old to go back to school and finish getting my graphic design degree. Animation is my passion but I've been so swampped with school I have...

Re: Import animated GIFS or PSD files??

Thank you both!!! Both suggestions work well but the photoshop process works a little better as I can resize the sprites to be really large and show up well in MOHO. The online convert can resize but doesn't keep the artwork looking like pixels. Still, an amazing resource that I have to play with mo...

Import animated GIFS or PSD files??

What's up guys! I'm trying to import animated GIFS into AS/MOHO but you can only import one frame. I've also tried converting animated GIFS (I found online) to photoshop files but they will not import as the question mark error comes up when I try. I can save each frame out from photoshop but it's a...

Re: Render a style color change?

Hey Funks!
I kind of got it to work.

I noticed at 1:30 on the video keyframes appear on the timeline when I scrub though it! Let me know if you try this out and if it works for you! :)

Re: Show texture under gradient?

It won't work on a single object SuperSGL. If you're really worried about treating it as one object you can put the two layers in a group and use the texture layer as a mask. That way you can oversize the gradient layer a little bit and adjust the gradient to how you like and then treat the folder a...

Render a style color change?

Hey guys/gals, I'm making a tutorial on morphing one character into another and I can't seem to find a way to animate style colors. Well I can but I can't control them very well. If I make a style color change in the timeline that seems to be it I there are no key frames that appear when doing this ...

Re: Align objects on same layer, too.

Agreed! I even say go farther than that and have point aligning as well. It's a very useful tool in illustrator.

Re: Features in other programs

Nice! Is there a new way of breaking apart images Synth? I've been using either masking (but I don't like that it keeps the whole image in the layer) or just chopping them up in another program. I'm still not fully versed in MOHO 12 yet. To be honest I'm still learning stuff about AS11! :)

Re: Features in other programs

Yeah, it is defiantly made for a more generic experience Neeters. I also agree with you synthsin75. MOHO can to pretty much everything this program can to but some of the ways in which it functions is nice. Like the face rigging for meshes. I could see that being really useful having an interface li...

Features in other programs

Hey all! I sent a message to Victor Paredes about this last night and wanted to share will everyone in the community and SmithMicro. A friend sent me this video and I was actually very impressed with this program. MOHO still remains ever supreme to me but I think it's important to see what the compe...

Interpolation between switch layers bound to bones.

I have always loved the interpolation feature that you can achieve when using switch layer. Way before I used bones for lip syncing this is what I always used. The fluidity that it creates is amazing! Now that I'm using bones it would really be great if somehow MOHO could interpolate between steps c...

Just an example of making a female mouth in Anime Studio b0hj0Hwmlx8 New tutorial for those of you wanting to make a torchlight or flashlight type of effect! You just need two pieces of artwork (background and a duplicate of it recolored) and a mask! Blur the mask and you've got the effect!!! :) heb...

Here's a new tutorial everyone! Well this is more of a tips and technique rather than a full on tutorial for making a complete fight scene. Just some thoughts on character interaction and what not.
