Playing catch with Lacrosse Sticks

Here's a little short Animation thats been driving me nuts for awhile, lol.
i can see a few things that would make it better,but i was happy to have this revelation. Now i want to put the sticks in some figures hands,may need a little help.

Holding a sporting,stick,bat tennis racquett with two hands.

Thanks for the prompt answers,i will try the suggestion and yes it would be an excellent tutorial for one of you advanced animators to share.Like batting a ball and throwing the bat down.

Placing objects in characters hands,lacrosse stick,golf club

Hi i'm having a problem placing sporting objects in a characters hands and putting it back down,such as a Golf club or a Lacrosse stick,tennis racquette etc. Any object that would be held by two hands and the rest of the bones would move in sync ,Any help would be greatly appreciated.
