Also, the thing I find the most confusing (and little said about it) is the uses and differences between picking a style from the top or from the bottom.
It's obvious the top is where you create and edit styles. But how they interact with the bottom styles pop up is not clear at all.

My older Moho Pro 12 had perfect settings for ProRes 422 and 444. It was so simple and the 444 gave perfect alpha.
This new version is obscure. Even looks like the ProRes is ONLY alpha. But it's not.

I got a workaround. I did what some of you suggested. Exported as image seq with png. As I mentioned above, FCP screwed up the order for some reason. I just exported 3 versions: 1. MOV ProRes alpha 2. MOV Png alpha 3. Image Seq Png It's clear Moho isn't exporting it with a transparent background. You can see that as it's rendering. The Image Sequence did have the alpha, but when I imported it into FCP all the numbers were out of order. Don't know...
