I'm working on my first head, and I'm having issues with the switching folders. I have one switch folder for eyes, and one for mouths. Also, I would suggest downloading Audacity and GIMP, both are free and very useful. What would Audacity and GIMP be used for? More editing post-ASD7? Audacity lets you cut and alter sounds/music/voice etc. You can use it in post or upload your sound after you edited it right into AS for lip syncing...

Actually, I have a similar question: I am on a limited budget.
