If you are serious about learning the craft of writing, you will read many books on the subject. I myself have dozens of books on the subject and I'm an amateur/dabbler. For an easy read on plot structure, I recommend Syd Field's book _Screenplay_. For a more wider scope, I like Michael Hauge's _Wri...

That's been the feedback from my family too. This is a base character, so I'll start adding more switches, actions, etc. to extend his expression.

Thank you all for the kind words, especially from such talented folks as yourselves. :)

My Character Playing Rock Guitar

Here is Turbo McSwine from my small press comic -- hey, neeters -- riffing the intro on Joe Satriani's Crowd Chant. Turbo McSwine Plays Electric Guitar Comments on the design or animation are welcome. Thanks! This is was inspired by Acochran's guitar-playing dude: http://www.lostmarble.com/forum/vie...

Re: My short clip of running SnowBuni girl

The 2D stuff is much better than the 3D one also on youtube, imho. I agree. I like 3D, but it takes sooo long to build a character. I'm just a one-man show, so AS is the way to go (for now). How did you draw these buni's? The characters are drawn well, is it shading? Are they drawn in another app a...

Re: Music Video 3

I really kept everything from the process, and think it'd be cool to make a little video of how I made it all. I'll have to retrace my steps a bit, but I kept a record of the process. Thanks to all the forum members, especially slowtiger, for his invaluable experience and input. Thanks for sharing ...

Another test clip, a bit longer at 16 secs.

SnowBuni and HoniBuni's Dance Party

Comments on the character design or animation are welcome, as usual.

Same here. My 11-year-old son liked Ghost Squad, but that girl in the intro freaked him out!

It doesn't look like words are your strong point. Try breaking your writing up into a storyboard instead. The script is very difficult to read without punctuation and capitals. Follow the wise words here and start drawing (besides I would like to see what a green kung fu fighting wolf looks like :w...

Cartoon Solution AS rigged character are so far some of the best i've seen, the only drawback is that they use an external aplication for drawing their characters. The Rachel example by Cartoon Solutions that comes with ASP is well rigged and the character design is appealing. But I have to concur ...

Sinclair is right. Draw your story as an animatic. It's easy to create and keeps you motivated as you invest the many hours to finish an animation project.

Don't give up. Break up the project into small tasks and reward yourself at each step.

Nice work. Would've been nice to redo Bail Bond Girl more in your style to match Jenny's, but I'm sure that was out of your control.

I really like your Drowtales work too.

Re: DK's ERECTUS

It's a pilot for a TV series produced in the old road runner style with a twist. It took me 4 weeks to create including music. Comments are welcome. D.K Very nice. For some reason, it reminds me more of the Pink Panther shorts from the 60s. At the beginning, it would've been nice to crumble the big...
