On my 21-inch lcd monitor at 1920x1080, it looks great. The framerate is choppy because my dsl is just so-so, but no banding and it's not dark. I can even see the rough pencil on the lion jumping scene.

I guess I'll need to read up on this Rec.709 now...

This is beautiful and important work. I don't understand Spanish, but the visual storytelling is easy to follow. Thanks for sharing.

It's nice seeing all the bits put together like this.

Some of the animation needs polishing, but as mentioned elsewhere, it gets the job done.

Looking forward to more, perhaps with some dialogue.

Greg Smith, Thanks for your explanations and workflow suggestions. They really help me understand the paradigm behind this program. I'm still trying to get the hang of the drawing tools. As a reference, here are the keyboard shortcuts for the toolbox. ************************** Select Flyout: Select...

The point motion is a little disconcerting as it looks like he's morphing into someone else (eg., his eyes seem to be moving apart). It occurs to me that since the head lift is actually very slight, you can probably just rotate the head up without much point motion at all. One more suggestion: You m...

Animating a head raise in 3/4 view is difficult to do well without frame-by-frame (heck, it's hard even with fbf) particularly a head that is this detailed. As it stands, the clip is too short to the read the action. It looks more like an anticipation squash, or a "take", before he opens h...
