I have been enjoying your progress and was amazed to see the latest version. Very colorful! I think the composition could be strengthened if the top edge of the main character did not look like a continuation of the water's edge. By dropping the character down (or forward) just a very small amount h...

I am not sure exactly what improvements you made, but version #3 is looking real good.

The pup's movements are much easier to understand. The slide at the final turn looks very nice.

It is instructive and helpful to see this work in progress. Thanks for sharing it.

Thanks for the link! A scary use of very basic elements to make a strong point. Definitely grabs your mind. I especially liked the simple, iconic figure used to illustrate the new Depression . A very effective use of a static pose. It is refreshing to see animation being used to share ideas about ve...

Great fun! a very good beginning with Anime Studio. One thing did distract me from the fun I was having listening to the lyrics. That was the little line that appears under some of the mouths. It made me stop and think about animation technique. I look forward to seeing your next project. I am still...

I use F5 a lot as a way to check my progress, but find that there are certain effects that do not appear using F5... they will only show up in a true Render.

No first hand knowledge, just a gut reaction: You have a real treasure in this series of shorts. You need to find ways to let networks, TV channels, etc. get a taste of what you have without giving away any control and without exposing the entire series to being simply copied and used without any co...

Thank you for taking the time to share selections of your very diverse creative output. I especially liked Lautision. It is full of sonic surprises yet remains very musical throughout. I too spend a lot of time experimenting with sound so it was a treat to see another animator sharing a soundwork. T...

Whoa! I LOVE the revised version of this character. Very nice.

Whatever you did in tweaking the more forward shift of the hips really integrated everything and made for a very believable character and walk.

Very impressive character design. Paul Mesken's thourough comments provide an amazing and in-depth analysis of possible improvements. I would only add that IMO using Bone Dynamics on the hair commits you to always using them. If you don't, then in those instances where they are applied they get a lo...
