Re: Animation for School Lesson Plan

I used this back in the fall of 2012. The tone of the animation was probably a little young for 3rd graders. It would be a better fit for 2nd graders. The kids seemed to like it and they understood the lesson, so that was nice. My supervising professor (I made this while I was student teaching) real...

Animation for School Lesson Plan

Hello everyone, I'm a long time user of Anime Studio - I actually started back in the Moho days when the discussions took place on a Yahoo message board. I was also the winner of the Moho 5 animation contest (that was a loooooong time ago). I haven't been around in a while, but I still love this sof...

Re: Anime Studio Animation Plus Corona SDK For IPAD & Androi

Any idea of the Quicktime .mov animation format (with transparency data built into it) can import into Kwik? Not as separate .pngs, but as a .mov video file. For that matter, could Kwik be used as a platform to trigger video files in general? I couldn't find info about what formats are supported on ...

Vern, you've made the gears turn here. I just realized Content Paradise did that initial upgrade, not Smith Micro. I just ran a search on my drive for "paradise" and found my old serial. The free upgrade expired 9/30/06, but the serial works. Wooohooo! Anyway, nice to have found version 4....

Never mind. I found it. Old versions are available if you know the exact name of the installation file, which you can get from archive.org by looking at the old site. Then google search for the exact file name and you'll see it. I have the legitimate serial I purchased - it just doesn't work for AS,...

Smith Micro won't honor my Moho 5.5 serial

...and since you can't download 5.5 anywhere on the net to install AS 5.6 over it, you CAN'T install AS 5.6 on your machine! Any suggestions? I'm trying to do this the right way, but the Smith Micro dude was about as pleasant as a kick in the head. Grrrrrrrr. Is the Moho 5.5 installation available a...

Re: Do not respond to... "PROCESSED MEAT PRODUCTS"

Please don't respond to "processed meat products" (you know what I mean right?). They aren't real people. They never come back to read responses because they are automated messages. Please please don't respond. It does no good and makes it more difficult to clean up threads. If you respon...

Thanks GreyKid, I picked up the Richard Williams' book this past year based on a recommendation from this forum (yours?). An amazing resource. Would your (hopefully upcoming) book deal with character design and shot composition? Along with the incredible animation, that aspect of your work has alway...

but I don't believe they will give you that "hidden trick" to improve your animations. Simplily becasue there isn't any. They count with unvaluable artists that make awesome drawings and have enormous skills on animation techniques. The key is not the tool or how it is used. They key is i...

That's right.
Now that's great news.
