Anime Studio: The Official Guide

Is the book "Anime Studio: The Official Guide" worth buying, even though I am waiting for version 6 of Anime Studio Pro to be delivered to my house? does anyone know if there is a book that will be coming out any time soon, that will cover versions 6?

I'm curious if anybody gets the meaning of the acronym PI N DI that is printed on the license plate of the US satellite. I thought it was clever but my wife didn't get it. Does anybody?

I love the pirate. I can't wait to see what you are going to do with him.
I wish I could draw like that.

Great Work!

Sinclair, thanks for the tip about the "Watch in High Quality" link. I didn't know anything about that. Also thank you for the nice comments about the animation. The trees were the only things I didn't draw myself (stock trees, came with the software). Correction, I didn't draw the Earth s...

My 2nd animation

I just completed my second animation and uploaded it to youtube (the quality of the upload doesn't look very good). The animation is called "This Day in History". It was inspired by Don Martin of Mad Magazine fame. I created this animation strictly for the fun of it, it is not an advertise...

Thanks for the help. The script worked great. A few of my lawyers didn't quite lineup the way they did in the original foreword animation, but it is just minor tweaking that I have to do, which is a lot less work than trying to reverse the order of one key frame at a time in multiple layers. THINKS ...

How do you reverse a sequence?

I created an animation with a door closing. But now I have decided I want to have a scene with the door opening, is there a simple way to reversed the order of an animation? I had the same situation with a book that I animated, I ended up copying each keyframe, in each layer, in reverse order and co...

Need help with actions.

I made a fish with his tail going back and forth, but I made it on the regular timeline. I would like to make that into an action so I can insert it wherever and whenever I want. but I can't figure out if there's any way to do that. Is there anyway to take a segment of animation that is on the main ...

Tonym

Thank you for your input. I think you are 100% wrong about MPM. I won't say any more about it than that because this forum is about animation. If you would like to have a discussion about it, you can always PM me or e-mail me at the e-mail address shown at the end of the video.

I like it, thought it was very funny. you got some very nasty comments on YouTube. People need to realize it's just humor and not to take offense at everything. Some of the mouth movements looked to be off a little. but I know how hard it can be to get it just right. a lot of the mouth movements on ...

Live The Dream, Thanks for putting a comment on YouTube, you are my first and only comment so far. I'm glad you think that my characters sound like the real thing. I think my George Bush sounds more like Ross Perot. But that's the best I can do. I do have some music in the Clinton bar scene but I do...

Synthsin75 thanks for the input. I'm already thinking up some ideas for the next animation. I will definitely try to make it more animated than this one was. I will try to do some experimentation on head turns. I've seen some good examples in this forum

I used effect 1 "spots" located under the fill color section. can the movement that that is causing be turned off?
