3-Eyed Navigator

Hi everyone, it has been a minute since last time , but I thought I'd share my lastest video for Flowers de Moon (released in june), as it was partly made with Moho : http://peep.s.free.fr/lostmarble/062521flowers_de_moon_3rd-eye_navigator.gif It's called 3-EYED NAVIGATOR , and was actually started ...

Re: Fatal error occurred loading the application

Hi every one, any hints as to prevent that same error from happening on OS X, too ? I have just restored OS X Sierra (clean install + Time Machine backup), and Moho firstly crashed whenever I picked a custom content folder (or postponed it). Now I have that same "Fatal error occurred loading th...

Re: Adult Swim short #2

Speaking of behind the scenes, I just gave a little interview to Craft, a platform dedicated to sharing animated content and WIPs, regarding my working process on Kool A.D.'s "Prove It" music video : it's there. ;)

Cheers!

Re: Masked shape outline upon rendering

Thanks a lot Synthsin!! For the first problem, the closer to black the multiplied shading color the less you'll see the edge. Here I changed the arm and body shade colors to pure black, with 50% layer opacity. Awesome!! I think Greenlaw had suggested this option far above, but it didn't seem to make...

Re: Masked shape outline upon rendering

So, a good night sleep and a reboot later, I finally had the idea of deleting and refilling the arm's shape, just to make sure it was indeed exempt from the slightest stroke. Surprise : the outlines now seem to be gone, or at least imperceptible.  http://peep.s.free.fr/lostmarble/04071...

Re: Masked shape outline upon rendering

Update : unchecking the "Antialiasing" option in the project settings window does make those outlines disappear, however notching everything. :/ Have you tried the "Expand mask by one pixel" option? Yes I have, as well as the "exclude strokes" one, in vain. Unchecking s...

Re: Masked shape outline upon rendering

Thanks for this prompt reply, Greenlaw. I do usually rely on solid colors for shading indeed, with layer opacity set to 75% (you are very welcome ;) ). I tried using darker shading colors with lower layer opacity after reading your first post, with but seldom difference as for those outlines. Not su...

Masked shape outline upon rendering

Hi everyone, Just a little issue that has been triggering me for a while, regarding mask rendering : would anyone know the reason why, once rendered, masking shapes set in "multiply" mode tend to show those small, undesirable outlines around the layers they're masking ? And how to get rid ...

Re: Adult Swim short #2

Thanks a lot koobus!! :D I have indeed been releasing various forms of 'works in progress' depending on the animations : my processes, methods and techniques tend to change every time (from lightboard & paper frame by frame to vector animation, to different balances between Moho and ToonBoom for...
