if you don't use flash then you shouldn't submit your movies to newgrounds.. anime studio is one of the worst programs for flash animation. I don't even know why it got an swf export...

ah, the fire :) was my first attempt to use the partice-layer somewhere. I really miss some particle features from 3D engines. I think you mean the alien at the end. that project was made just to use dynamic bones.. so maybe that's why it's too much :D

and sorry all for the big file size and no streaming method. it's a HD video (wmv), so youtube etc. wouldn't make much sense.

but slowtiger is right, we need some more poses like the head from front and side, also the body from the side.

I would say forget bones and do it with points-animation.
you need like 100 bones for a smooth "tieing-animation".
points are flexible, can be stretched with no problems etc. so, before you go crazy with bones, try points :)
