I find it amazing that there doesn't seems to be any applications that replaced Streamline. Adobe I remember when they decided to no longer support it and incorporate it into Illustrator said that the features of it would go as well but they seem to have forgotten batch conversions. Luckily we have ...

vector tracing for Mac

This is not specifically a question regarding AS. Does anyone know of a good vector tracing program for the Mac that handles batches. After upgrading to my Intel Macs I am a little lost when it comes to making traditional cell animation and Flash and AS animation where I need to convert scanned draw...

Quicktime still crashing AS

After installing the new 5.6 AS I was hoping that the Quicktime bug for the Mac would have been fixed. I am still getting bad crashes any time I try to export a Quicktime movie file. I don't mind running out image sequences but sometimes when you just want to check something it's a real pain. Is thi...

studying things like water and ripples and the like are great if you want to FX animation however I would recommend taking up a life drawing class if you want to start learning about motion. Most animation has characters so knowing how to move a character through space and how body mechanics works i...

That's a good job. I would like to see some vertical movement of the character as he is walking. It would add more interest rather than a sideways sliding motion.

I would like to see the iris of her eyes somewhat bigger. It is very un-natural to have so much white showing.

Also her arms are a bit short unless she is meant to be a dwarf.

I also like the modelling work you've done.

I've completed a few TV commercials at the 1080i (1920x1080) resolution. AS has performed very well indeed.

It's really coming together very well Mikdog. The only thing that distracted me was the difficulty in reading the "Happy Land" title. The top of the word were difficult to discern from the background. The music and opening sequence was great. I love the character at the end with the long l...

Your character is great, however I'm not sure about the hi light on her crotch. Kind of makes things "stand" out a bit too much, unless she is a bloke (he).
