Thanksgiving Shark

It's been awhile since I've uploaded anything to the Internet and I though it was about I shared some of the things I've been working on. The first is a promotion animation for a church dinner. I hope you like it.

Bone Setup

I wish I had the means to post a screen shot of the bone setup, but unfortunetly I can. The computer I use for animation is not the one I use for the internet. The internet one is subject to lockups and crashes. I can only use it when the thing is consciene and lucid. It is one of the reason I haven...

SAT-1 (Short Animation Test)

This is a test for my next cartoon; "Pascal's Casino". The character is called the "Dealer". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jY4l8h2Ntns&feature=channel_video_title I used a slightly different bone setup to give here more flexibility. I also added more mouth movements in an ef...

Wagmun; I not sure this is the same problem, but my first efforts with blend morph were bothersome. Certain points (on a layer shape) would independently from the others, when using the slider controls. After some time I notice that when one or more of vector points were selected, they would immedia...

2012 The Real Story

I've been away from the form for awhile. Ever since AMS-Pro 6.1 was released, I've been in my man-cave learning to master the Blend Morph feature. Now, I have emerged from my hibernation to show some of my efforts. "2012 The Real Story" is sort of a compilation of different experiment I di...

There are many kinds of blocks, some envolve planning and some are enviromental. All can be dealt with and overcome. I recently hit a block which seems easy to get around, but you may not want to. Judy Hall is someone who is a great background and landscape artist. She agreed to help me with an big ...

Thanks Ulrik, that fixed my problem. I just wished that some of the changes to ASP 6.0 were better documented.

I was trying to create an effect I had use in a previous animation, created with ASP-5.6, but I tried the same thing with ASP-6.0 it doesn't work. The effect I was trying to recreate is animating either a layer Shadow or Shading changing over time. What ever settings I make, stay that way over the e...

Jackass; In becoming a good animator, you must master the power of 'Cycle' (the repetive action), as in walking, running jumping or dancing. Master those and the rest will follow. Producing/Directing an animated film is a different discipline. They are more of a supervisor than artist, although the ...

Anime Studio 6 has finially arrived! Great! Marvelous! Spectacular!

Ahh... I have just some questions before I lay down 129 leaves of lettuce for an upgrade.

What does it do that version 5.6 can't do?. What makes it better than version 5.6?
