is it possible you have a layer-opacity or visibility keyframe in frame 1 that sets your layer's opacity to zero?

If you do a quick search on the forums, you'll find a few threads about Moho -vs- Toon Boom

Don't worry about it.

Myles summed it up pretty well. Definitely check out the bones tutorial, it's very thorough.

Just for future reference, you should post something like this in the "How Do I" part of the forum.

To use the Bind Points tool you have to select the layer that the points are on. When you add bones you are selecting the bone layer, but then to bind it, you have to select the vector layer you want to apply to the bone. You can create a Group layer the same way you create any other layer. This gro...

Ah-HA! That did it. I didn't think the order would have any effect, but apparently it does. Thanks.

Fill effects

I have a vector layer whose points are animated. It also has a Gradient effect (which is animated, the colours change) and a Shaded effect (which doesn't change) But when I render, my Shaded effect doesnt show up.

Any ideas?

A co-worker of mine bought a 64-bit Motherboard and processor, and WinXP64 for his workstation. He spent 2 days trying to get it working properly, but WinXP64 just wasnt compatible with alot of drivers from his other hardware, so in the end he was forced to abandon WinXP64 and just run the 32bit ver...

Export Styles?

I did a quick forum search, because I'm sure someone must have discussed this before, but I couldnt find anything. Is it possible to Export/Import Styles from one Moho project to another?

Because Moho handles control points differently, it always adds tons of nodes when you import from Illustrator. however I've found that it's pretty easy to quickly go over the drawing and delete most of the points, and make only minor adjustments to end up with the same drawing in Moho.

I've never seen an Illustrator Import warp like that before. Did you save your illustrator file with the Illustrator 8 format?Either way, you'll have to do a little reshaping by hand in Moho to get it the way you want. As for bones, have you checked the Bones tutorial? It's all in there. The only re...

Ah! I wasn't selecting points when I tried that. I thought it would automatically apply to the entire layer. Thanks.

I tried Toon Boom, but only made it through a few tutorials before I gave up on it. I could easily see my animation projects requiring far more preparation and less output for my creative inspirations with TB. Moho is definitely for me. Same here. Before purchasing Moho, I also wanted to look aroun...
