Most the things i can do in flash i can do in Moho/AS animation wise.

I think he just exported his .moho file to a .swf(flash file)

Flash version seems to play ok for me.
But then again, I dont know how fast u inteded it to be.

Just add image verification on user registration, PHPBB has a mod for it, Jus search for image verification
Or simply have it to were a admin has to validate new user accounts....Unless admins arent on that much, Then peeps might be waiting a while for activation.

On the layer properties window, next to the image is a box, Click in that box and a set of eyes should appear.
Same thing on the bones layer
Then youll want to bind the hand bone to the hand layer ect....
