Thanks so much! I really appreciate the nice comment. I'm going to start an advertising blitz across the web in the next few weeks so hopefully other people enjoy it like you did!

Thanks again!

Hey, The short film I've been working on for the last few months as a school project has finally been completed! Take a look at it here: http://www.mortonomous.com/watch/ (runs about 4:00) Plot: When Japanese radio host, Chi Chi, gives his friends, Mort and Kam, tickets to a table tennis match, Kam ...

Thanks for all the comments everybody! The reason I have to pull it temporarily is because a charity is interested in piggy-backing on the short film with a short tag at the end of the film. I'm expecting that to be finalized in about two weeks and then it will be back on Youtube. I deliberatly desi...

Mortonomous short film

Here's a quick peek at the short film I made with Anime Studio Pro. It's only going to be on Youtube for a few hours before I yank it and distribute it via Bittorrent.

Check it out!

Mortonomous - short film

Hey,

I just finished my short film called Mortonomous. Characters were drawn and animated in Anime Studio while the the backgrounds were drawn in Art Rage. Right now, I just have a trailer up on the site, but in the next few weeks expect to see the full short film up!

I'm at exactly the same point with my animation, except I live in Canada. I would love to hear any advice you've been given so far! I'm working on putting together a document containing a bunch of information about my animation and the characters in it so I can send it off to a few of the Canadian n...

I never thought about a group inside of a group. That should definitely do the trick! Thanks a lot for the help!

I'll make another thread in the 'Show Your Work' forum to show the animation I'm currently working on.

Thanks again!

translate multiple layers at once?

is it possible to translate 3 out of 6 layers in a group at one time rather than going to each layer individually and rotating and moving the layer? i've been doing each layer individually for a while now and i thought there must be a better way!

any help is much appreciated! thank you!

Old-fashioned cartoon movement

Hello, What type of keyframe interpolation would I choose if I wanted to achieve a style of animation like the Flinstones or Yogi Bear? The movement in those cartoons was smooth, yet almost jerky. Would I choose step as my style of keyframe interpolation or linear because smooth seems too smooth. An...

Part of character behind object...part in front!

I have a character sitting at a booth in a restaurant. My table layer is on top of my character layer. This is good because it hides my character's legs which I want, however, it also hides my character's arms which I want to show on top of the table. If I move the table layer below the character la...
